Others should not be able to buff Druid and Cleric pets

Throwing this in the Velious section as it pertains more to the Velious Druid pet, but also helps cleric pets do a bit more damage by being hasted.

Wizard, Druid and Cleric pets and familiars can now be buffed by characters other than their owner.
