Unless you're a Dev/Mod or have a petition, you won't see anything.

I do have a petition. Its a month old and I just couldn't find it..

If the petition is not in the main petition/exploit sub-forum, click the "resolved petition" link at the top and see if it was moved there.
You also click your username in the top right hand corner, click on the statistics tab, then click the link for "Find all threads started by JuthroTull. It will show you every thread you made even if they got moved.

Hm.. Not here either... The reimbursement thread shown was me asking a possible approximate time it usually takes, as it has already been a month.
