Thurgadin Bar Music

After spending some time in Thurgadin's bars, I've noticed that the bar music doesn't seem to play in the holy harbinger, icy mug, velium keg, and doogle's drinks bars.

Can anyone confirm that these tracks are supposed to play, or is this an issue on my end?
