All Spells Greyed Out

Just for no reason I was standing at the entrance to the dragon cave outside Thurgadin and cast Circle of Toxx and got a message saying "This Zone Not Ready To Receive Visitors" might not have been visitors but the point is all my spells were greyed out, it ported me to the back of the zone and the only way I could get my character back to a playable condition was to zone into Thurg and back out again. Even the staffs that I got from the Gnome Merchants were inoperative.

Well you probably bugged yourself since Toxx is not available on the Beta server. Hence you had to zone to clear things.
