Hi, I just started project 1999. I play on the red server. I'm mainly looking for assistance directing me towards how to gain access to Private Messaging privileges. However if you have any leveling / gold gain advice. That would be helpful as well.

I play a Ranger. Does anybody have any tips on what my first big weapon purchase should be?

I believe once you get past the newbie 10 post requirement, PM'ing becomes available to you. Only way I see how to PM is to click on the user to look at public profile, go to contact info, and a linky to PM the user.
