Been lagging a lot today where I can't cast or do anything. Anyone else having an issue?

it's happened about 3 times to me today, i'll enter a zone and it's like a desync, then i'll zone somewhere else and it's fine.

Happened in FP and BW today.

I crashed immediately after loading from zoning like 5 times yesterday. Probably another 20 times I just crashed while zoning.
