IP temporary block

Im getting an IP temp block error when trying to login to game. I just set my wife up to play, she is logged in (we are both in same house playing), however when I try and log in from my account it says IP temp blocked. Is there a restriction to how many can play from 1 IP? If so can I get my account flagged for 2 accounts. Thanks

You cannot have two account loged on the same ip, this is to prevent player from dual boxing. However, you still can get an ip exemption when you have two or more player playing for the same ip, you have to petition on the petition forum, i think there is a post about it. Or simply enter the petition forum, make a new thread select ip exemption in subjet and tell them both your account name you want to get the ip exemption. They used to wait to have a couple to do this in bundle so it may take some times. If you are lucky it can be done quick. See you soon in the beautiful world of NORRATH! -Pethex
