I am looking to buy a new PC, do not know how to build one as well. With that being said this question goes out to people who know alot about this realm. I have 700 to spend for a desktop(this includes OS). Wondering what would be the best bang for my buck so to speak. Any feedback would be helpful. I realize thats not a ton of money, but i have to make it work :)

I could send you my specs for a budget PC. I haven't come across a game I couldn't play yet.

I know someone that has one of these <link below>. Seems to work decently & is a reasonable price.

Sign up and create deal alerts for keywords of items you're looking for, there are tutorials on how to do this effectively.
Personally I only shop on newegg and only buy things when there is a good deal.
I put together my most recent computer for $1010 by buying items on sale over the course of ~3 months.
[MotherBoard] - GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD4H LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
[CPU] - Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core
(mobo + cpu i got on a combo deal for $358)
[Heatsink] - Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler ($72)
[Case] - LIAN LI PC-7HX Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower ($70)
[Memory] -2x Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile Desktop
($110)
[HDD] - Western Digital WD Black 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB ($75)
[PSU] - SeaSonic SSR-650RM 650W ATX12V 80 PLUS GOLD ($75)
[GPU] - MSI N760 Hawk ($250)
Alternatively there is the option for people with a low budget to buy a prebuilt computer that has a good CPU/Ram and then buy a gfx card to put into it.

Find a online guide on how to build computers and save yourself 3-400 dollars.

No problem - oh and as far as putting a computer together, you can find tutorials all over youtube. They have tutorials for the most ridiculous things.
I was able to replace the screen in my old cell phone just by following one. Good luck!
