Warrior trainer Neriak Foreign Quarter

I distinctly recall there being a warrior trainer that ogre and trolls could access in Neriak Foreign Quarter. I went there today and nothing where he should of been.

Guess he doesn't train anyone here. Wonder if I can find any documentation supporting him training people? Can't remember if it was classic or not.
