That was me. Though it's been 5 years so I didn't realize they "fixed" the code so you can't group buff lower levels so no spirit of eagle for you :(

Added a feature:

+ Modifiers are also accepted for all commands, example: w2000 moves forward with a 2000ms delay between releasing the key. Useful for movement.
