Looting own corpse - lore item bug

A couple people had a problem today where after receiving a rez, they were unable to loot any item on their corpse. Kept getting lore item message for all items they attempted to loot.

I've noticed this before - multiple times, but I didn't find the cause.

If you have a lore item in your bank, then receive the same lore item from beta buff, it will lock you out of your corpse. Delete lore items that you don't need from bank and try again.
