dont take alot, take a lil bit. and if you got friends who are taking it the same time as you thats alot fun too. ive only done it twice. the first time it was like 5 dudes and we all got emotional and had like an emotional conversation we all got deep and talked about our past/families/things we normally dont all talk about. The second time we got dirty rolls and we all got sick and didnt feel well. got that like pit in your stomach where you wanna puke but you cant.
