Basically Tiggles had gotten in the habit of asking random BDA to hammer then killing them. One day he asked Cucumbers to hammer, so Cucumbers ganked him, a 60 VP geared rogue, back when he was 57 or so and wearing a bunch of junk. For as much shit that Tiggles talks he is pretty bad at this game.

He makes TMO forfeit a Dracolich, a mob so insignificant to them they will not be upset and push the matter.
He punishes TMO, While not giving more welfare to BDA so do not grow complacent on free loot by tying up GM time and now cannot claim GM favoritism
He makes sure the Dracolich in question can only be slain by IB so the struggling guild can get some content and hopefully not disband again.
