let me save you some time. there's no point to petition "to end the gay rotation rule" as you so colorfully put it, the staff doesn't enforce any rotations on this server. the rotation you are referring to is the player made agreement amongst Class R guilds (unless you are referring to the sky rotation, but that is also a player made agreement).

other staff have suggested a transfer, but i believe no one would want to give up their home on blue to try out the red server since they may not like it, and then they would have no way back to blue.

I've played a little on red and love it. I'd definitely move my cleric over if this was possible. Clerics on blue are a dime a dozen. On red, they are treated like royalty.

Honestly, my experience on red was pretty fucking awesome. Got to kill Jeremy a few times, and Holocaust held lower guk down for at least a month or 2 until the entire server banded together and finally forced us out.

Then of course, the infamous Vox raid lead by Nirgon and that idiot Cast got the entire guild disbanded for trying to bug Vox into a wall. Which was even funnier because after they succeeded bugging her into the wall, she to corpse camped everyone for hours until Rogean disbanded the guild for good.

Funny enough, I was raging in guild chat how fucking stupid they were (Hyjal raging? Who woulda thunk it?) and /q'd before I got corpse camped with them. Probably the only time I've ever white knighted in my life. Watching Holocaust try to PVE actually brought out the good in me.

Would definitely try again.

EQ was itemized and designed for 255 resist cap and raids were balanced against it. Not 500.

But if you're super concerned about EQ PvP I understand why you give 0 fucks about balance. It's NP. Throw some more boulders and save them Harm Touches to only be used in PvPs.

with a copy that allows you to copy over your toon with only no-drop items (no coins, no droppable/tradeable items), its impossible to hurt the red economy, players can go back to blue if they hate it, and more people would be willing to try it out.

but those are only my lonely opinions, and do not represent the opinions of the p99 staff.

i am, and have been, fighting for this. specifically a one time /copy, that allows you to copy over your toon with only no-drop items (no coins, no droppable/tradeable items)

sadly, the powers that be continue to tell me this is a horrible idea, and promptly tell me to GTFO.

that said, i will never stop fighting for it because i believe its a good thing ;)

I'd imagine the big reason there won't be a /copy of a blue character to red is that it would create a bunch of high level characters on red that had the luxury of leveling on blue.

It gives incentive to just level safety (and generally more easily because more population) on blue and then /copy over to red. Putting people who went through the process of actually leveling on red down.

You have to understand, Red players have this huge superiority complex. Never mind the fact that the XP bonus of 5x or so makes it way easier to level up on Red.

Honestly don't think we need it now. Bluebies can level up a red alt very casually and make 50+ in like a month or two.

Not that she isn't gorgeous, but showing her like this really emphasizes her innocent naiveté and good nature. She's adorable and not just because she's pretty.
