THEN his plan was to shoot up the hottest sorority house on campus followed by any good looking guys because he was jealous of their perceived sex lives..... he would have continued but cops caught up to him and he wrecked his car and shot himself.

the dad is complaining that the kid has severe emotional issues, seeing multiple mental health therapists, the cops were called on him for being unstable and planning something WEEKS before it actually happened..... yet he was still able to legally purchase all the weapons he had (multiple handguns etc).
