Nice guys. You know what they say about nice guys. They have been dominating the Gods though, since IB and DA went to Sky.

Hell, nobody knows what these guys are doing, anymore.

Nice guys in Euro timezone; some planar raiding.

Up and coming; some planar raiding. Decent members.

Up and coming, has forayed some into the planes. Decent members.

Not sure if they've busted planes yet or not. Probably could if they haven't. Decent members.

Only a tiny handful of our members ever played on Shards of Delaya. ( spelling? ) I never did. And from what I can tell you don't even know about what really happened there. Your argumentum ad hominem is fail.

We've only been raiding for 2 months on this server, and we've killed Vox, Nagafen, and Innoruuk. Not much accomplished you say? For a new guild, WI seems to be doing pretty damn good from my view point.

Then again, maybe your just pissed that we mobilize faster then you and are competition.

Personally, I won't give you guys any respect or take you seriously until a particular few people in your guild get the boot. I've said it before, you've got some great players and some really cool people, unfortunately it's tainted by some douchebags that for some reason you seem to want to defend. I don't get it, I don't think I ever will. Also, don't think for a second that I'm the only one on this server who thinks the same way, that SS with bumamgar getting banned was deleted as soon as it was posted, but it was still circulated and many people know. If it weren't for these horrible horrible tools, this server wouldn't even exist, so anyone coming here and flaming folks for having a history with these programs while still playing on this server is a hypocrite.

No, the screenshots that I've seen show Woldo accusing the whole guild, and then show a bunch of people getting banned, most of whom weren't in WI. Of the ones who were in WI, it was 5 mains and 5 boxxed alts. Then later on, Woldo apologizes for accusing the whole guild, but that's not in the screenshots that have been circulating these forums.

Yeah I don't know why people make such a big deal about this. So what. I used MQ on live after I got bored of it. I also played legit for 8 years before i even considered cheating. Once the game went to shit though it became a different game for me and i didn't care.

Stop flaming people for shit that happened on other servers especially when they are big contributors to this server. It means nothing here. WI from my experience are actually pretty good guys, and YES I flamed them once but I was in the wrong. Personally I rank WI higher than DA in terms of strategy and ability.

I didn't say you couldn't play with out it. I said this server wouldn't exist without the work done by the MQ2 developers and the data collected by ShowEQ from live servers over the years. That's a fact, like it or not.

im happy to say on live i multi boxed 6 - 12 chars at a time.
i also used macroquest for warping round zones.
i also was one of the first people using the monk hax before that shit blew out of control. i could solo all of anguish over and over and over without a lockout timer, farmed up chars in matter of days then sold them. could solo anything i wanted.
ended up leaving my monk on afk all day farming exp in instances for alts while i was at work.

but all of this has no affect on how i play here. i respect what nilbog,rogean and the devs are trying to do and dont actually want to be banned (where as on live i didnt care if i got banned).

Sent last post early. If you think we tested Sky before it came out, then you are correct. Except we is not IB, we is the raid that the GM/dev's came up with that had about 5 IB and a bunch of other raiders from other guilds.

If IB had tested Sky beforehand, we wouldn't be 'beta testing' it now...

Well you know you answered my thoery about IB testing out sky before it was even launched, because he just said it, 5 IB and a bunch of others. So this is a fact, which would explain why on the first day it went live , we were on DJ island killing off the adds and they tagged the genie to island 3 under our noses, at that time we assumed we had the mob due to being on the island where it spawns. You're correct, syntax and use:

I once again already stated it smells of bloobness. Guaranteed half of these people wouldn't know what to do in a mass pvp battle. It's not dueling their RL buddy or hanging in the arena doing a drunken fist brawl. You'd find out real quick who played PvP on live and who was just a shit talking bloobie.

I have no idea what "bloobness" is but it doesn't even take PVP experience from live to effectively mass PVP. It takes organization and leadership to call targets effectively and cut off the head and cut out the heart of the opposing force. Human beings figured this shit out 50,000+ years ago.

That being said, this is my first MMO experience without any PVP so I might be a tad bias. Classic EQ without PVP is still better than no classic EQ at all. I think. I'm starting to wonder though.

Oh don't get me wrong, you are correct, but those people who did it had training, and sometimes experience. Calling targets is one thing, but half of a PvP fight involves being able to watch the fight as a support class and do things on the fly. When you have that many people moving around at once, it gets a bit chaotic.

Smurfs, carebears, bloobs, etc. You've not raided until you're prepped for a high end raid boss, to have a guild with twice your numbers zone in, and have to dash to the zoneline to contest for the zone. On VZ, we learned that trick quick, and would have everyone zone at once, or when the bug was still in, have people zone in with invul up. People would burn mana up before they realized the problem with invul, etc. A scout group was usually left behind to watch though.

WSG was some of the most fun PVP I have ever done. Shit stomping the opponent with your best crew until you finally got matched up with the top ally guild for a ridiculously long battle was awesome.

Wow failed in one huge aspect as far as pvp was concerned, and that was the ability for a level 60 to gank any level they wanted in a contested zone. At least EQ PvP has systems in place to prevent that. And UO wasn't worth the installation time imo, much less the time it took to do anything in the game.
