Looks like he just sells pre written support tickets for you to copy pasta and send to blizzard. It's a solid business plan tbh, Most wow players can barely put together a sentence.

I saw something similar when I was using WoW glider to Sell accounts and I got hit with a mass ban. Not sure if this is the same site or not.
