Paineel = labyrinth?

My issue is simple, I cannot escape town. The maps I referenced (http://wiki.project1999.com/Paineel) lead me to a stone that required a key to enter?

I spoke in-game with a few people and determined that a guard or NPC had to be hailed and then told that "I need a key" However, I couldn't determine which npc or their location.

So, any advice here would be welcomed!
I suppose i should point out that I was on a new character, lvl 1 Eru Nec

The area you're looking for isn't numbered on the map, but won't be too much trouble to find: head toward the area labeled "The Pit;" you will come to an elevator. Hail the skeleton guard there and he will tell you the trigger phrase, it's something like "Needz keyz" but I can't remember exactly. Good luck, I love that city, great evil mojo.

"keyz" will do. You can ask the skeleton guards at the newbie area or the guards at the base of the lift (before Derena Leflor's room).

On a sidenote for anyone else that's curious...if you're not amiable, you're not getting a key (so don't try as an Erudite paladin etc unless you work up your faction).
