haha I would argue that pros don't use drugs - but dxm and acid are two totally different experiences. Since this thread was about NyQ and to my knowledge they don't put LSD in NyQ, bit off topic.

Yeah, DXM is nothing like acid, they're not even the same school of drugs. You're better off comparing DXM to Ketamine, which are extremely similar and both disassociatives. But the experiences of DXM and Ketamine are still EXTREMELY different.

Acid - Bright, colorful hallucinations. "Swirly/psychedelic" visuals. You feel happy and laugh a lot. Relatively social. Want to be outside

DXM - Dark, strange, introspective. Better when you're alone in your room with all the lights off. Not many "visuals" but size/perception is very distorted. Drunk feeling, hearing impairment. Instead of seeing things that don't exist / hallucinations you go on "mind journeys." Out of body experiences common.

Also 400-600mg is nothing. I read that 300mg was a good dose, and the first time did nothing for me. I decided to go all out the next time and did 1200+ and have done about that every time since. I haven't used DXM in about 3 years, though.

Lesson learned: bragging about drug experience when you actually have it is lame. Pretending you know about drugs when you have no experience is even more pathetic.

Edit: Oh, and liquid fucks me up way more than pills, although I'm not sure how that chemically makes sense. It's hard to smell cough syrup and not gag anymore though.

Apparently it's really easy to synthesize your own DMT, and there's a bunch of guides online. The only time I've done it was right after I woke up and went out to our shared balcony for a smoke. A friend from our neighboring apartment walks out and hands me a glass blunt and tells me it's DMT and to hit it. It tastes pretty bad, just like rubber. Anyways, my friend was wearing a mostly-white tshirt with a colorful tie-dye pattern in the middle. A couple seconds after I exhale, it feels like all the color around me was being pulled into his shirt, and the white was making up everything else, sort of how you'd imagine a glowing religious figure or something. It was very intense and bright. I put my head between my legs and sit there maybe 15 seconds while I wrap my head around the fact that I just smoked DMT and to just enjoy it and ride it out. So I make my way inside their apartment and just lay down on the floor. They were watching Alice in Wonderland, the play version... think it's just called "Alice" or maybe "Wonderland," something like that. For the next 10-15 minutes, sounds and colors and shit just shifted around me and I was very detached from reality. Very short trip, but very fun.

I didn't actually hallucinate anything though, which I've heard can occur. Hallucinations actually seem pretty rare for me for some reason. The only substances that have caused hallucinations were DPH (dramamine, only thing that actually completely changed my reality. Scary shit) and LSD (mild hallucinations: tree branches turning into snakes, rainbows that didn't exist). I've heard of people being sent to completely different worlds after smoking salvia, but that crap does nothing but distort my gravity and make me fall into things. DXM doesn't really cause "hallucinations" but more like "changes in perception." For example, one time I walked into my kitchen and all of a sudden everything appeared as if I was in a detective game, searching for clues. Another time it felt like my bedroom detached from my house and I was floating through space to meet God. But you're not hallucinating anything, just perceiving the world differently. Nothing like taking a tube of dramamine and pulling out a cigarette, lighting a cigarette, smoking a cigarette, exhaling the smoke, and then realizing a minute later you never had a cigarette.
