You could disregard the 9 for GM-enforced rotation, because I can only assume those 9 people have never seen a raid here on P99 outside scooping up trash and rots

I, too, am enraged at this development. Can someone explain? Should that data set read as "Breakfast NOT containing hog?"

I feel it's good ground work, and leaves room for more guilds to join, as well as knocking guilds out that can no longer fill the requirements.

Thus keeping a rotation for guilds who deserve to be in a rotation.
