Nuts are fatty as hell and almost as calorie dense as sugary shit.

Dates are like pure sugar.

If you're a fat person I suggest you fill your cavernous gut with a bowl of oatmeal in the morning, a sprinkle of brown sugar if you're hopeless. Maybe some eggs. And then some chicken later.

Id recommend an omlette with avacodo, a little cheese. Lay off the tofu unless you want bitch tits. Cmon man soy as a diet staple is not good for males. Oh yea and go for jog.

Read it and went vegan the same day. A year and a half later and I have zero regrets.

Cheese is snot. Meat is a dead thing. I am physically and mentally sharper and I am also granted moral superiority because I no longer help fund the torture of factory-farmed animals. I have decreased my risk of cancer and heart disease by magnitudes. These things will kill most of you, but not me.

My cholesterol is great, I get bloodwork every year. I respect vegans and vegatarians, and often enjoy vegetarian dishes.. but no need for me to give up meat at this point.
Thanks for keeping meat prices down, though.
