God forbid another guild use a few dirty tricks against the kings of exploiting. VD even got the go ahead form the server staff. Poor Ecce couldn't handle the guerrilla tactics being employed to thwart TMO. They even resorted to posting RL photo's of the guild leader of VD, stay classy TMO. Unfortunately the vast majority of bleeding hearts in VD called for the cease of the VP siege and TMO got to have their personal playground back.

Looks like he's just getting worked up again cause some other kids want a turn on the pixel swing again.

Sadly that got carried over into FE, we played the game the same way but competed more. TMO did it, from what over a long period of time, way less but eventually we had to do the same thing. The one thing that always disgusted me most about Transcendence/DA/TMO/Uthgaard was their huge hardon for xzerion, about how since he was a guildleader he automatically must somehow be abusing his dev status even though he had limited access. That was just two incidents from one page of information uthgaard was able to get.

As I said nothing big but if I knew exact spawn locations of mobs (Mcbard standing on the exact coords of trakanon spawn) and it helped get GM rulings it would be considered an edge.

Uthgaard gave me the same type of information on a personal level and it helped me tremendously I could only imagine how much the ability to look up stuff on demand while leading a raid guild would be.

Uthgaard used to actually make contested mobs interesting. When I was in DA, he death touched everyone in DA and IB in sky and then it became a first to engage... I guess that was back when sky was mage farmed, though.

When i went to camp CoS in early kunark a couple guys from the same guild were trying to camp chief + all the CoS spawns at the same time, I assumed they were just at chief so I started killing one side of the CoS spawns and then they raged and petitioned on me. Soon as I saw uthgaard's name appear next to me I knew exactly what to do.

He sent me some kind of tell like "youve got 60 seconds to explain yourself before I ban you" or some other kind of fucked up virtual foot-on-my-neck statement, so I calmly explained what happened, making sure to make myself look like a victim. As expected when he talked to the other guys they raged out and got themselves temp banned just from how they spoke to him regardless of whether they were right or wrong.

Once they were gone and he had left the zone I had myself a nice empty chief + CoS camp and got my idol, CoS, and locket all in one session.

Soon as I saw uthgaard's name appear next to me I knew exactly what to do.

He sent me some kind of tell like "youve got 60 seconds to explain yourself before I ban you" or some other kind of fucked up virtual foot-on-my-neck statement, so I calmly explained what happened, making sure to make myself look like a victim. As expected when he talked to the other guys they raged out and got themselves temp banned just from how they spoke to him regardless of whether they were right or wrong.

Once they were gone and he had left the zone I had myself a nice empty chief + CoS camp and got my idol, CoS, and locket all in one session.

Dude was seriously insane

Uthgaard was pro Tiggles not pro TMO.

He hated Alarti and I used to get him to DT Zeelot on the daily.

I remember one day earlyish Kunark I was in a group with Tiggles, some random people, and Uthgaard as our barbarian bard tank equipped with his epic and epic 1.5 plus crazy other gear. We killed a bunch of shit in Kunark then moved to HS south via GM summons. That group was so much fun, we just mowed shit down and never had any fear of wipe/bad pull/etc due to Uthgaard just using his GM powers and skill at bard.

10/10 would do again

Actually I do remember a time he helped TMO get a raid mob.

During Inny there was a big train fest between IB and TMO and uthgaard came in to handle it. He sends me a tell saying " I finally get to test my chain DT script" and as soon as he sent that tell I camped out while he machine gunned every player in the zone.

I was able to log back in and drag TMO corpses to zone in.

Btw, Uthgaard still owes me a firework wand I won in PoSky. The guy maybe was a little gruff, but he liked this game and seemed like he did a fair amount of custom coding to make some really cool GM events. He helped me out of trouble on numerous occasions.

I also remember that chain DT in PoHate... I saw what was happening and was so stunned I just sat there waiting for my name to come up... :(
