Ive only gained weight. Thats a stereotype. I eat alot, i need to cut down because im starting to get a weee lil bit of a second chin when you look from certain angles. I do t wanna cut the coca cola out :(

It's amazing what can happen when you cut out the pop. I did it a few years ago and dropped 20 lbs without changing what I ate at all. I don't even miss it anymore. It sucked at first but was totally worth it in the end.

Yeah i did it for a year and i went from 193ish to 155-160ish. I stayed there for three four years but im approaching 185 again.

I was getting lil chubby going into my senior year in HS. I remember stepping on a scale and it was 193. Most i ever weighed, i knew then i had to stop eating. Problem is now a days im bored alot and ill just eat alotta food when im bored
