I was recently reminded of a forum post I made a long time ago, and I thought I would recall the post in R&F.

The post mentioned something about IB having the highest turnover rate of any guild. There is some truth to that, though I haven't actively played in about 5 months - so I can't tell much. Any thoughts?

Maybe it is because they are Soo Uber! that they join, get all geared out, beat the game. Then Quit and re-roll alts, and do it again! :-)

Ya it is kind of crazy. I started my character in February and have seen many many many people get 50, bored or geared, and quit. Most say they are waiting for Kunark to release.

Druid and Wizard ports will become so vital since people will be running from zone to zone to zone looking for open camps and exp groups. I'm looking forward to see how busy shit's going to become.

I'm guessing there will also be a rash of people coming back to the server when Air is opened but probably not quite as many.

Burnout at the top end is especially common in all games, regardless of guild.
Think it's happened to me in every live MMO I have ever played the shit out of.

I think that the current camping climate is going to be massive burnout and battle of attrition with the two major guilds primarily involved in it.
