Paying someone 5% to be a middle man is stupid. Why is this person charging a % when the more worth an account has the easier it would be to unload? It is not like these people are sacrificing something for this "public service" of filling the higher end game full of inexperienced lazy twats.

I still believe the people responsible for the huge amount of scamming that has been happening are the people offering these services. They are parasites. Leeches of the worst kind who feed off your fear and uncertainty.

Buying accounts hurts the server. It ruins the trust people have for each other. If I were in a mediocre guild I would worry about investing in my members for fear they would just de-guild and find a toon worthy of TMO to buy.
