This incident has been dragged through RNF, the "information necessary" is out there, not even privately hidden behind guild forums. Your hypocritical belief that this incident does/should not cast FE in a negative light while other incidents should cast negative shadows on other guilds is where the problem is here. FE, nor TMO, BDA, Divinity nor any other guild on this server is squeaky clean. It also takes constant effort by the members of their respective guild to keep their slates as clean as possible. i didn't admit the eye was taken erroneously. i said i wasn't there and i don't know the conversation between slydexx and bda leadership that led him to believe it was his eye to keep. However, i did say we should just give our next eye to bda to be done with it, but that's up to him.

I like to believe this, and I even feel most of TMO's members are probably good people, but then you get the Eccezan's, Alarti's, and such of Norrath, who are not "most people". Even Zagum here offers to help people when they cannot amass their own raid force (seems like a fair trade in that instance, but not when the wanting cleric brings his own, adequate raid force).

Now, TMO is definitely not alone in this. FE/Slydexx stealing an eye, Perun ninja looting, VD mem-blurring, BDA training FC for Maestro, etc. are all examples of players getting greedy for pixels instead of respecting their fellow players. I don't care who commits the act, players should be above these actions for 14 year old pixels, and I'll call you out on it, whether publicly or via PM. There is no talking to them. If they are there with pearl first they see it as competition and they don't know what "Play Nice" means. God forbid they let Europa get a ragefire kill for an epic. Or even give him the heart out of good will. But that would take away plat from their banks, so no way in hell would that happen.


Does TMO legitimately need epics/epic items or similar equipment? There may be a few exceptions for alts - though given the amount of alts they own and particularly why they own them - the answer is a resounding no.


Does FE legitimately need epics, in some cases yes. Is it for the purpose of enjoying the items and playing their characters to their fullest? Often no; the ultimate end goal will be to knock off the top guild and then commit the same grievances that their predecessors did.

Most of us (maybe sans Jeremy who must have a terrible computer if in the late 2000s decided his game of choice was a DirectX 6 product from 1999), have been here before. And the high end game is probably one of the worst aspects of EverQuest in it's original form.

We should be using our accumulated knowledge, information, data, skills, experience and general maturity (most of us grew up), to help ourselves and others enjoy something we all want to relive.

Instead, we have situations like this and many others.

Nilbog could do us the favor of opening a cloned version of P99 and sending all the top guilds to it - one way trip. Then the fight over ego and pixels would be reduced and let us get back to playing EverQuest and not EverEgo.

There is more to PVP server than straight up 1 vs 1 pvp. It would be enough to make that trio not enough to successfully hold that camp. A lot of people would have a lot of fun ruining their pharming operation.

NOPE NOT HAPPENING, even a 2v3 possibly 1v3 could wipe their attempt easily. Also since when do people clear a ton of giants? Train the zone around while everyone zergs rokyl to death, camp out and log back in... No firegiants to deal with, Anyone trying to get to you needs to clear or train(and get fraps'd doing it and in return, banned/suspended)
