So when I first came back, I was looking to buy a cleric. Andis ends up hooking me up with a pal of his and his pal sells me his cleric. When I came back I joined Azrael because, well I don't have my cleric if it wasn't for an Azrael member.

Anyways I ended up convincing my pals from Meridian 59 to come here and start playing. I knew Brobb would end up getting 60 because he's a hardcore player. During all of this, I ended up giving my cleric to a pal so beings the cleric wasn't me anymore, I was disbanded from Azrael. (nothing wrong here so far)

As I was helping my pals from Meridian 59 Brobb, myself and a few others decided to make our guild named Force. (Our guild name on Meridian 59 was Special Force, we wanted a smaller similar name.)

During our leveling, I told Andis and Lite that we would eventually merge into Azrael. I talked to Brobb and told him what I said to Lite and Andis. (I think at the time it was looking that way but Brobb never fully decided if that was going to happen or not.)

Some more time goes by, Azrael members attack our guy's in Sol B. (Kayella dies, Tehrouh rages at Brobb) This gets settled and we move on. Another time Sickpuppy and his brother Sealer decide to start harassing Tip's low level enchanter and started kill stealing everything he tried attacking. Another time Azrael members once again started attacking us while we we're pvping Dentist knowing that both guild's had each other on kos.


While all of this is happening, Andis starts trying to pressure me into merging into them. (texted me about 25 times in 2 days) Saying, you're etheir with us or you're with Nilly.) What Andis and Lite don't understand which I tried telling them is Brobb is our guild leader, and his decision is the final one, not mine.


Our relation is currently at a weird state, but one is certain. Force is not merging into Azrael and Nilly will continue to be attacked by our members.

If Azrael want's to stay allianced with us, you have to come to terms that there will likely not be a merge, and we have no problem staying allianced, as long as you're guild cuts the bullshit, if not we will continue to defend our members and fight both Azrael and Nilly at the same time.

Gloinz was 100% right for going around and retaliating. You attack our members, we kill yours, you kill our members, we kill four of yours.

Much to my dismay I logged in to find that some certain gentlemen had meddled far too much during my slumber! Apparently this error in judgement was unforgivable ! I had to defend my friends, but from my new friends to be?

Sometimes life is confusing but you just have to live in the moment. I was worried, there was a hero of great renown involved. Some call him The Champ, so surely he must be brave and experienced. I had never met this champ before today, but I felt like I was a champ too. I have emerged victorious over many enemies, I thought to myself.


I began to confide in my gang that I was unsure of the direction in which we had set upon. Let us hear it from Brobb ourselves I said. Nay, the blood lust had set in and the fate of several men was decided in that moment.


We delayed a moment, attacked from the bushes by Strydur, who after being counter attacked once again vanished into the mist from which he came (screen shot of Strydur running for zone line omitted). We quickly gathered ourselves from the brutal assault of flicked on bic lighters and traveled south, to the Emerald jungle! Our goal was the known hide away of our once favored ally. We traveled quickly through the muck, being relentlessly pursued by giant mosquito's and dinosaurs!


After evading the blood sucking beasts within the jungle we had arrived. The city of mist. The hunt began, we looked here, we looked there. Our target wasn't anywhere!

It became apparent there was only one place we had yet to look. The second level we said! As we arrived it seemed the group had been honing their PvE skills. Surely this was not the case. I was in disbelief! The Champ was killing skeletons and globs of snot? This is what earns a man his reputation? Then I saw it.

It gleamed like the sun reflecting the light from the hero's magic ! It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. I knew I had to have it above all else. I would not share this prize with my brothers! The Champ was not alone though, several men stood between us. I resigned myself to victory and moved forward! I watched as my allies seemed to understand my goal, his allies quickly fell to their blades! As I approached the champ he quickly dodged my initial attack! A swirl of bubbles and he was gone, but I could sense he was still near. I looked around my shoulder and spotted him, preparing to throw some snow balls at me. I braced myself for his attack and was able to avoid a mortal blow! I knew this was my opporunity and I attacked!

SUCCESS! The belt I sought lay there covered in blood, calling out to me. I eagerly reached out to it, as soon as my fingers grasped it I could feel myself swelling with pride! I had slain the champ and become the new champ! I was immediately given the key to the city and the title of honorary mayor!

We specifically spoke with Brobb in TS for like 30mins on the issues and in the end Brobb said we would set everything aside and stop killing each other. Regardless, I'd say it's not technically an issue when you're unguilded, but it's pretty tactless to kill someone you know is on amiable terms with the guild you're about to join. Not breaking your word or anything. Just very sketchy.

All in all tl;dr version:

Someone in force accidentally or purposely killed a naked azrael who was /anon, Said person got mad and went for revenge. Killed next force he saw. Enter Gloinzz, immediate ooc spam rage talking shit. Gloinzz declares all azrael KOS, kills a few single targets over next few hours. Then gets shat all over by a few azrael for payback. Either way the 2 or so people on both sides of the guilds exploded this larger then it should've been. Gloinzz most of all with this post and his ooc spam.

I get the point that Azrael thinks they are trying to make. They are trying to prove that it is only through their good will that we as Force are allowed to thrive on the server.

I completely disagree with that assessment. I and others within Azrael itself understand their recent actions to be folly. Azrael will never keep us from progressing and leveling. We will eventually have equal levels and at least partial gearing. Then you will see Nihilum hitting you from the front and Force poking you in the rear. Or is that the other way around?

Want proof? I'm starting to see less and less aggression between Nihilum and ourselves. We're still KoS, Nihilum will never need us but we both have a common enemy who is the greater evil and it is beginning to play out in the actions I'm seeing in game.

This is how bad it has gotten. We were PvP'ing in CoM against some Azrael. Azrael trains itself and I go in to rez because we're all just human beings playing a game and Mellow lost his level. So I go in and I grab my corpse and Mellow gives me c2 so I can get mana to rez. The whole time I'm medding I'm getting tells from people within Azrael telling me that as soon as I rez I'm going to get jumped and camped. I had over half a dozen tells from members of Azrael telling me to bail on the rez but because Mellow has helped us countless times I rez him anyway and offered to rez another that took xp death. Then I get another tell from an Azrael telling me to save myself because they are going to jump me and grief me so I gate and as I'm gating I see several rush in to stop me.

I know quite a few people in Azrael are unhappy with the decisions being handed down from Andis and Lite. Why don't you guys come join force. We got great leadership, we take care of each other and we have a good time with none of the drama. We're like an over-sized family who looks out for each and is interested in each others advancement. We do most of the content that you guys do so you won't even lose ground on the content. Most importantly, we don't condone the actions being ordered by members of Azrael's leadership and neither should you.

I get the point that Azrael thinks they are trying to make. They are trying to prove that it is only through their good will that we as Force are allowed to thrive on the server.

I completely disagree with that assessment. I and others within Azrael itself understand their recent actions to be folly. Azrael will never keep us from progressing and leveling. We will eventually have equal levels and at least partial gearing. Then you will see Nihilum hitting you from the front and Force poking you in the rear. Or is that the other way around?

Want proof? I'm starting to see less and less aggression between Nihilum and ourselves. We're still KoS, Nihilum will never need us but we both have a common enemy who is the greater evil and it is beginning to play out in the actions I'm seeing in game.

This is how bad it has gotten. We were PvP'ing in CoM against some Azrael. Azrael trains itself and I go in to rez because we're all just human beings playing a game and Mellow lost his level. So I go in and I grab my corpse and Mellow gives me c2 so I can get mana to rez. The whole time I'm medding I'm getting tells from people within Azrael telling me that as soon as I rez I'm going to get jumped and camped. I had over half a dozen tells from members of Azrael telling me to bail on the rez but because Mellow has helped us countless times I rez him anyway and offered to rez another that took xp death. Then I get another tell from an Azrael telling me to save myself because they are going to jump me and grief me so I gate and as I'm gating I see several rush in to stop me.

I know quite a few people in Azrael are unhappy with the decisions being handed down from Andis and Lite. Why don't you guys come join force. We got great leadership, we take care of each other and we have a good time with none of the drama. We're like an over-sized family who looks out for each and is interested in each others advancement. We do most of the content that you guys do so you won't even lose ground on the content. Most importantly, we don't condone the actions being ordered by members of Azrael's leadership and neither should you.

My next point is that without key members of Azrael, < Force > would still be wiping in hate and fear probably even now. Without Nacht and Mellow getting you guys off the ground in those zones you wouldn't even half half the gear you do. Nacht did leave us to join you, but really we can do without his whining in all honesty.

Tell me, how did Brobb get 60? How many epics have you completed without Azrael assistance? We have helped you guys get where you were because the Nihilum zerg is a joke. They lure people to this server with loots and thus there has been no people joining the side that has been losing this fight ever since the low pop days.

If you want to understand the actions of people camping corpses and such, you have only to look at your own members actions. Sure it was unnecessary, and two wrongs don't make a right, but in this game acts of vengeance generally don't take this into account.

We've already gone through how this all started, with Boats being killed naked and him looking for payback. We've already gone through the fact that Wendolyn was not tagged when he killed Cyren. We've already gone through the fact that Brobb, Lite, Andis, Wendolyn, and Boats were in TS that night to get everything figured out and Brobb wanted everything put behind us and back to normal.

Now the key part of this is Gloinzz, I've known the guy since TZ days and I know what his interest in this game is. He doesn't and has never cared about server politics or what's happening with the end game guilds. His only care is to fight people he has a chance at beating.

I don't know how many times since the first few dentists came under the Azrael tag that Gloinzz has taken pot shots at them in /ooc or in /say or in /shout. He has been pissed this entire time because a pool of potential pvp targets was taken away by a guild alliance.

The first chance he got at denting this alliance and granting him a new pool of targets he took, regardless of Brobb's ruling on the situation, and the peace we had in place. Not only did he attack members of Azrael who were currently in a skirmish with Nihilum, but he came to the forums gloating about it.

So immediately Azrael leadership who was present at the time of this were pissed off and drastic actions were taken. However I can assure by the time I logged on a few hours later, we were not condoning any sort of grief action against Force. What you guys experienced and are still crying about was less than 3 hours of vengeance killing.

I don't really care what you guys do at this point, as I'm not scared of a single member in your guild. You guys can't do the content we can, you can barely do hate/fear which we stopped doing months ago (with the exception of draco and epic pieces). If you guys choose to join ranks and become a Nihilum puppet that's your choice, but I really thought your guild was better than that.

If this even happened, I expect you're exaggerating the circumstances or misunderstanding them. The only person in your guild I would even consider camping right now, and several members of Azrael feel the same way, would be gloinzz. The orders from Kringe and Lite have been since a few hours after this started was no griefing.

I don't think Andis would do this, as Cyren and others can probably confirm. He attacked a group of you guys in seb, got skeaned and died. Members of your group ended up dying pve after this, and andis was good enough to drag all of your corpses out so you could rez and everyone went on their way.

This probably would have ended a long time ago but one of the two parties let their members camp the others lowbies and are still telling people to grief members.

Andis is mad because after he dragged our corpses Knife got jumped 2v1 so we went after the people that jumped him. Andis sent me a tell after that asking how we could do that after he dragged our corpses and the simple answer is that we were still getting attacked.

I'm not saying we were not benefiting from the alliance. Trust me the appreciation is one of the reasons we still care about certain members of Azrael. We may be at war but we still have a non-kos list of Azrael people. Which is why I rezzed Mellow when Azrael's own members were telling me to bail.

Again, thank you to all the Azrael who have helped us in the past and the roles you have played in our progression. Most of our members get tired of getting ready to engage a large azrael force only to have them evac.

Nihilum constantly comes @ Azrael for PVP see: chardok, sky, fear, hate, etc., and 9/10 you guys port out, often times even when the numbers are close to even, or for example in chardok, when you have MORE people. Your rationale is always, "u guys have better gear levels etc." So I guess therefore since it's not "fair" if we PVP you we are eternally blue until you have told us that Azrael has activated its /ready command at which point we are allowed to PVP? Look @ Trakanon that faithful night, ten of us or so came to seb to do everything we could to fuck with you. When does Azrael ever do the same to Nihilum? I have a char camped in KC for the sole purpose of PVP. We take all the ragefires, hoping, praying, begging, that PVP will ensue, but it's always the same shit, if we have even one more player there you guys just bounce.

Dunno bout you guys, but when I was in holo I'd do whatever I could to fuck with Nihilum even if it meant I'd likely be eating a dirt nap at the end. Do you guys not have wands, conflag wands, etc., etc.? You can't camp out ahead of time in Plane of Hate or @ VS? You can't keep a spy in Skyfire and wait for Talendor engage to send your troops in? The mere presence of the spy alone would force us to come wait for PVP and delay the PVE. You can't do the same @ sev where you can camp out guys in TT? How about binding your casters on top of the wall by the TT/EJ zone line for the next Sev? How about camping people at the port in spot from the raft to TD and pick us off as we zone over, utilizing spies to know when we are coming? Come PVP us @ something once in a while. I did all the content first in Everquest on live until I quit at the end of Vel. I was at the first ever Vox, Nag, Inno, CT, almost all of Kunark and Vel first as well. When you could not invis pull and you had a totally different resist system. When there wasn't 100 websites explaining in detail how to do a certain boss. We died and died and died but learned how to do them on our own. It was a lot of hard work and hours back then.

I came to red to relive those kills and content and I have done exactly that.

There are things you can do with a smaller raid force.

What you will need to do though is once Nihilum has moved on from the existing raid content when Vel comes out then you need to gear up on the old content first. This will take 5-6 months and then your group/guild will be better suited to hit vel.

Gloinzz I feel dirty even responding to your attempted troll. My point was that velious is just going to be the same as Kunark expansion with new zones because the server doesn't have the pop to do a lot of the higher end raid content.

At the very end of last nights battles gloinzz and I engaged agatha and followed her back to the EJ zl, gloinzz ended up plugging as there were guido, peacock, mellow and lokkii at the zone, I finished agatha and went down in a hail of gunfire (I believe peacock got me). I respawned at my bindpoint in CoM where Boats 1 shot sunstriked me. Not wanting to take another pvp exp death, I plugged.

Honestly I'm not even mad, last night was treat. Some form of agreement will be sorted between the two guilds and until then I'll enjoy the extra pvp targets. If not, then I wont worry either, it's why I play on this server afterall.

I'm not exactly sure what happened with boats. I wasnt involved, nor do I bindcamp, nor do I really care about his supposed retaliation. Last night was always going to end that way and I fully expected it (as salt said "the gloves were off)." There are a lot of cool guys in Azreal, I've grouped and raided with quite a few. This is exactly what happened with Holocaust / FF / Nihilum. Andis/Abysal were too busy fighting over prior box hate with Holo as both guilds lost players to Nihilum, only to merge when it was far too late.

Nihilum constantly comes @ Azrael for PVP see: chardok, sky, fear, hate, etc., and 9/10 you guys port out, often times even when the numbers are close to even, or for example in chardok, when you have MORE people. Your rationale is always, "u guys have better gear levels etc." So I guess therefore since it's not "fair" if we PVP you we are eternally blue until you have told us that Azrael has activated its /ready command at which point we are allowed to PVP? Look @ Trakanon that faithful night, ten of us or so came to seb to do everything we could to fuck with you. When does Azrael ever do the same to Nihilum? I have a char camped in KC for the sole purpose of PVP. We take all the ragefires, hoping, praying, begging, that PVP will ensue, but it's always the same shit, if we have even one more player there you guys just bounce.

Dunno bout you guys, but when I was in holo I'd do whatever I could to fuck with Nihilum even if it meant I'd likely be eating a dirt nap at the end. Do you guys not have wands, conflag wands, etc., etc.? You can't camp out ahead of time in Plane of Hate or @ VS? You can't keep a spy in Skyfire and wait for Talendor engage to send your troops in? The mere presence of the spy alone would force us to come wait for PVP and delay the PVE. You can't do the same @ sev where you can camp out guys in TT? How about binding your casters on top of the wall by the TT/EJ zone line for the next Sev? How about camping people at the port in spot from the raft to TD and pick us off as we zone over, utilizing spies to know when we are coming? Come PVP us @ something once in a while. It's not a mystery when all the mobs pop, you guys know all the timers, but yet you contest literally nothing and just QQ all fucking day long. Forums rules as I know em state that Northwest gave Retti his info at his own risk.. There should be 0 penalty for stripping/deleting accounts. Rettis ban is BULLSHIT and more evidence that life outside of nihi is not treated as when inside the bullshit circle.
