Btw of course nihilum will side with force over azrael.. Don't feel special it's just force is absolutely no threat to them and haven't been fighting them for over a year like alot of member in azrael has... Both guilds have very little respect for each at this point.. I see it coming and it already happening.. Azrael zerges out force. Force now hates azrael more then nihilum.... A) They arent pussies and dont care too much about being outnumbered
B) They dont make immediate excuses in ooc for their death

We barely have the numbers to do Druushk let alone Nexona / Hoshkar atm, and in velious we're going to need 2x the numbers to do NToV / AoW etc., but you would have us remove competent players just because you can't recruit effectively? It would be one thing if we were bringing 50-60 people to these raids, we're rolling about 30-35 deep which is perfectly normal for this content and again sub-par for VP tbh. You guys roll with high 20's in sky, if you'd stop being faggots to Force you could also have 35+. And btw, you don't need 35 people to stop another 35 people from killing the raid mobs, you just need to have a few smart competent groups ready for PVP to disrupt said PVE and you can cause nightmares for us, but you'd prefer to QQ on the forums and throw your hands up in the air rather than try to contest.

Why not instead of QQing camp the TD raft next Faydedar? Why not snipe one of the Thursday mobs that will inevitably have overlap? Why not camp out all your guys by TT for severilous and log in when we engage? Why not camp out a few groups by Trak and ninja log in on top of us? Half our raid will prolly be AFK @ any given point etc. Why not wait in Hate for us next Inny and snipe us as we port in, where you can do a shit load of damage even with 2/3 the numbers? Why not camp on top of the port in house of Hate where you can rain us etc., before we have any clue wtf is going on? Why not camp alts or mains on top the naggy wall by Ragefire which you can use gflux to get up to and rain us or what not as our melees run in circles unable to do shit? Why not use those 1000 wands you camp to pell our clerics / tanks etc., as we engage mobs? Why not camp out a force by SF/OT zone line before we engage Talendor and come in on engage? Why not get a spy in Fear to find out when we start CT DT cycle, then zone your raid in and sit on top of our camp spot picking us off as we log back in? Why not camp the OT boat on Thursday raid pop day where we form up? There's an infinite amount of ways you could disrupt everything our guild does and stop us from effectively killing mobs, force us to not engage, move mob spawn timers further back until they get placed on friendlier times for your guild [aka 2am+], and lower morale. Instead, you will just continue to QQ all over the fucking place. Whereas the brave of us back in the day would do everything in our power to stop Nihilum from getting one nagafen for days with four to five people, you QQ you can't do anything with 25+. Ya mmmmk.

I get trying to level up people and being nice to the community but you as much as anyone should know it makes you bitter when most of the people take advantage and then just join Nihilum. If Azrael did what you say they would be feeding Nihilum more than feeding themselves. I'm guessing this is the same reason you gave up and joined Nihilum.

I agree with you that Nihilum doesn't have enough people for the optimum PvE roster. It is more than any other guild but as far as PvE goes you need more, especially when Velious comes around. The population really isn't big enough for a second guild to get a fair share of the new flow of people. Nihilum isn't going to be less competitive to let others catch up. Yes it would be better for the server if you could get 150 competitive players to agree to split up in even teams of 3 but how can anyone in their right mind think this is possible. People want to be the best and will do whatever. People will try to get an edge in fear that others will take advantage if they don't, etc. You can't expect Nihilum to not be competitive.

Its the same as the scenario where you can share a punishment with a friend or rat them out so they have a worse punishment and you get off free. You can't expect red99 to not be full of rats.

The server needs enough people to where Nihilum members would start getting annoyed at how big they are and the people at the bottom not getting gear. This would eventually lead to a new guild being created that could take some players from Nihilum or even have some members from Nihlium split up and make another guild. Right now they are sitting at a pretty good number for Kunark and have the right number show up with no over flow.

You can't expect players to make the server good on their own, it has to happen naturally. That needs to happen with a larger population over level 50. That may be impossible to ask for a game made in 1999 on a pvp server. There are countless threads that have been going on since the server started about ways to increase population. It all comes back to attracting more players.

Red99 needs peak hours to have 300 people logged in so that 150 of them are most likely level 50+ and competing. Until then Nihilum will continue to dominate.

You can't expect a competitive guild to hurt itself for the good of the server. They are getting everything they want and have optimal numbers for Kunark. They have little motivation to gimp themselves right now even though it would make the server more fun for everyone outside of Nihilum. It's not like the server is dead. They have all the PvE they want and if they want to PvP it is possible for them to find. The state of this server is about as good as it can get for Nihlum right now. Half of the reason people dont fight nilly is because of the forumquest after a death imo.

It isn't just the guild leaders job to have success in a guild. You can't only blame them. The leaders of Azrael have brought together a pretty good group of guys. They don't have much success right now but what is stopping any of the members from stepping up and taking control of a pvp raid. Why do they need to sit around and wait for a guild leader to grab 2 groups and mess with Nihilum?

People have stuck around in Azrael longer than most other guilds... if not all the other guilds if you count Full Retard as being the same guild.

It shouldn't be such a large task for 10-15 members to organize from a guild and do something constructive without Andis/Lite. All you need to do is have someone step up and call out targets.
