I think it's ironic that Lite, the person whose been accused by multiple members of his guild of RMTing Phara Dar loot to Sektors is now accusing other of RMT.

Do you think AON's and Fungi Staves should come with a certificate of authenticity like diamonds from Africa to ensure they're RMT-free?

minakto that's pretty much what they do yes, each item has an ID attached to it. Allegedly Gyno sold his aons (that he originally rmtd aswell) and if the GM's started going through his transactions they could easily trace Colgates AoN back to the first guy who looted it off CT, and everything in between.
