The reason that Kyle may have a defamation/slander suit on his hands is he submitted everything electronic he owns over to the courts who presented it into evidence

There was no contact with Neo-nazi or white supremacist groups, no history of comments like that online

In order to win a slander case you must prove the claim is demonstrably false. I think in this case Kyle has enough proof through his electronic history he submitted that a claim of white supremacy, even from the President, is indeed slander
