Pardon my ignorance, but what level is Cazic Thule on this server?

eh you'll get different answers but I typically go from around 28 up to 34ish. Did they revamp it on live to higher levels?

Yes, I believe it's a 50's zone on Live.

I'm there now at level 25. Everything around the entrance is green and won't agro. I was without a group though so I didn't go in too far.

You can enter CT in the early 20's.
