Game Mechanics: Ten Dose Alchemy Combine

Using my Bearskin potion bag I cannot combine 10x Kilva's Skin of Flame into the 10 dose version.
(No clue if this is a new issue as I just started alchemying a couple days ago)
I was able to combine IVU and shrink pots into the 10 dose versions.
I relogged.
I used a different bearskin potion bag.
I stood on my head while reciting the alphabet.
Nothing helped.

Help me Modiwon Kenobi, you are my only hope.

Can confirm the 10 dose issue for Kilva's skin of flame was not an issue prior to the patch, have not attempted to make any after the patch yet.

From what I've seen previously is fixed pending update means its been fixed in the test environment and will be implemented in game when the next patch is released (think the last patch took 3 years?!?)

A patch has not happened. May be some time as Warpath mentioned

When you have to download update files, thats when it should be working again
