I rolled 90 int on my wiz alt.
It's quite fun, feels like more of a challenge like the game was balanced for humans with tanked stats.
Evrything else is XTRA don't need it ! killing white cons while kiting and using all my spells like okiels to finish the last bar of a mob is where its at.

Wizard was my first character on live. Learning the game as a wizard lets you see the whole world of Norath early. Eventually you learn quadding. If you get to the Raid scene you will be a vital element there.

It includes fire resist to help shrug off counter fire too! I like to believe fire beetles do a fore resist check for mitigation [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Wizard superiority. Enjoy that DS because it kinda seems like they just forgot about this spell in velious. Your last one is a 6-tick that you get I think in your 30s, and then its just done. I'm pretty sure I put way more into INT that I needed to, but I've been leveling my wizard for 2 years and I'm still not 60 so I figure it was maybe a good move for me,.

To make matters worse the clicky thurg boots do the 3-tick DS, not even the strongest one. wtf is up with that?
