He won’t be convicted of anything and I wouldn’t have charged him. This is like giving someone a ticket for going 5 over in the scheme of things

Of course it’s an indictment of the US. I personally know guys that are writing off vacations 6 figures worth of snow mobiles all because they take business partners out on them occasionally. Every vacation, boat, vehicle they have it all a write off.

Our tax system is a complete mess
