how i had my hotkeys set up was the following:
1. Melee attack
2. Flying kick
3. RoTWF
4. Epic
5. FD
6. Sneak
7. Bind wound
8. INC (pulling macro for group/raid)
9. Mend

just my suggestion -- makes everything a lot easier
this only works well if you also use A,W,S,D + Q,E for movements

No button for range attack ?

I also use an old fashion stand button, becouse sometimes i dont wanna.

pro tip /sit makes you sand when you are sitting !! (for easy macroing when you want both !)

I bind the sit/stand to my X keybutton so I can just hit FD and quickly use X to stand back up

That will free up the space on your action bar and you won't have to add stand to your macro

Moved Ducking to F key, much more convenience
exactly what i did haha - i play a little unusually.. i use my mouse for camera angle and targeting mostly. i use ASWDQE for movement, 1-9 hotkeys, F duck, X sit/stand and Z autoattack
