Merchants: Clockwork Merchant in Ak'Anon has incorrect inventory

On P99 Green, there is a "Clockwork Merchant" at (733, 153) that sells general spells. An example of this inventory can be seen here.

This appears to be incorrect.

The clockwork merchant by the PoD sells milk. Follow the path
to the opposite side of the waterfall and there will be another
clockwork merchant in sort of a rock dome with a window. Get
fishcakes.

Vox Tail Ale??? You can buy that in Ak'Anon!
When you see the waterfall, take a left until you see a merchant in a rock hut. Vox Tail Ale can be found on him.

The above provides in-era inventory evidence for fish, fishcakes, and Keg of Vox Tail Ale with out-of-era evidence for fishing pole and bait. From here we can check the present EQTraders page for clockwork merchant (733, 153) to find that the inventory was never changed. Even the strictly in-era evidence is sufficient to infer the rest as this is a standard inventory shared with a number of other NPCs (Fiddy Bobick, Fishmonger Jassa, Juni Sandfisher, Maula Fishcatcher) whose inventory hasn't changed since the trilogy era.

A consequence of this change is that gnome necromancers will not have access to this spell inventory. The only other merchant that offers these spells in Ak'Anon is seen in the Allakhazam link above at the Library of Mechanamagica, and the Library is quite hostile towards acolytes of the Dark Reflection. has anyone found where the Gnome Necromancers can buy their Gate Spell??
(its a 4th lvl spell).. and while at it, the Bind spell (8th lvl I think)..

Ask someone to buy you those from the MAGICIAN guild, if your gnomish city
is anything like Neriak. I got gate from the enchanter/magician guild
there.

I had to have someone I trusted buy it for me... I reported it to gms and
its being looked into right now (missing spells, specially for gnomes necro
who can't buy from anyone else).
