Also why I personally have more respect for people who separate themselves from the pack with their talents rather than who they happen to want to have sex with or which sex they consider themselves

Edit: and yes there is something to be said about having the courage to be who you are in the light of public scrutiny. I guarantee that scrutiny will be less harsh for someone with lots of other talents who chooses to put those in front of their gender identity. And having the courage to be ourselves is something everyone has to have to some degree. How long could I walk around in public with a MAGA hat and a trump 2024 shirt until I got me into a serious fight? Was Dylan’s electronics hacked for being trans or was Matt Walsh’s hacked for talking shit about Dylan? No matter who you are, you are going to piss some people off. Maybe trans people need more courage than most, but that doesn’t mean no one else does either
