I'm thinking of starting on green, anyone who wants to sell some gear to me I can pay with plat on Blue. I'll consider any gear. I'm not certain if this is allowed but I'm sure I'll find out lol.

For what reason? I couldn't find anything explicitly stating it was not allowed on the forums. It is not RMT.

It is #7 in the Project 1999 Guidebook

The verbiage can be confusing. When the Rule was first applied in 2015 Rogean explained that the rule change was done to specifically disallow cross server trading and thats in this RMT Rule Change post: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=209088
