Some folks were talking about Enc/Enc/Enc/Clr as the best group.

I understand the DPS, but it seems squishy.

Would it not make more sense to have a druid in that mix? Symbol + Aegis + PotG is pretty nice as a stack. Add in Thorns for some extra DPS and Regen, hooray you. Snare is always nice too if the mob is a runner, although I run DE Cleric and use the Snare Clicky Neck. You'd also get some spot heals and someone who can quickly grab pet break aggro if things start to slide.

I can see why no melee classes, but Druid (or even Shaman due to Malo) seems like a better fit than the 3rd Enc in the line-up if you are hoping to avoid losing people. Maybe the suggestion just implies a random Enc will fall and the others can cover during Rez Effects?

My experience is only duo'ing with chanter on my 60 Cleric and 60 Druid (using Duel), I don't play chanters directly, so my knwloedge is limited.

That's why I like War/Clr/Enc/Enc/Enc/Enc. Positioning backstab mobs. Highest dps tank with the best mitigation. Zero need for snap aggro.

I duo'd with Zentile in the Hole, he had fist of nature and I think sap encrusted branch. His gear was raid level, i was basic EC/epic. We melted golems with him tanking.

With 6 fungi's and FD for bad pulls/afk breaks, every 6 mins a 12(?) second warrior defensive discipline, and mend... can take on anything. and no squishy.

Slow is irrelevant due to your mitigation and DPS, heals not needed. Single round of bind wound will elevate a group member beyond 50%.

Imagine you all had T-staffs or chain stun weapons (adamantite club, etc). All with epic you're 71% hasted constantly no mana.
