he's not exactly wrong...

theoretically a highly efficient nuclear reaction will release its energy in the blast and not as radioactive particles, the WWII Nukes achieved fission of less then 10% of their fissionable materials. imagine the destruction if that was 20%

but thanks to candy ass liberal hippies, we can't test nukes anymore so we don't know if our advances in bomb technology have actually become as efficient as the equations suggest that they are.

i do support wind and solar 100% they are the closest form of zero point energy that won't get scientists killed by exxon-mobil. look into it.

both wind and solar power are generated by the sun which is a fusion reaction caused by gravity, this requires zero outside energy to cause the reaction, thus it is zero point.

but its still like 10,000 hectares of land for wind or solar to equal your average nuclear fission power plant's output.
