Just need good ruleset.
Better net code if you're building from ground up
Graphics are optimal.
Making perfect gear and quest progression within the game would be awesome. To make the game go to velious and have none of the world be obsolete would make for a truly big and amazing game.

where a very popular server operates in a precarious position without any legal protection whatsoever, and half of it's player-base was buying kronos and XP potions a few months ago
