YESS agree 100%

Plus honestly I actually highly recommend vanity. Vanity can carry sometimes just like discipline

And I think being vain is easier for guys because we have a greater ability to put on muscle to make our “thin” build look better

You know the expression: “That cookie won’t taste as good as being thin feels”. Replace feels with “looks” and make sure that you tone enough of your body to make it be true, and that vanity can take you places

There’s a reason the fat girls are in the back of the gym while the in-shape fit and hot ones are center stage in their spandex. Vanity is helping their discipline

Embrace the dark side [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

from the article: “There are numerous reasons for this, including the tech world’s obsession with biohacking and treating the human body like it’s a machine that can be optimized”

- Yeah no shit, you plebs finally get it, only 2 decades late now?

Ok this guy is pretty athletically gifted

Originally a football player, turned competitive marathon runner, turned world’s strongest man

His physique isn’t really all that impressive either, but god damn the dude is strong. Here he is breaking a ridiculous squat record:

Lupe is one of the worst on the show that didn’t die

She is about as close to death as someone can get, and it’s the only time I’ve seen Dr Now say that she has less than 1 month alive at one point. He’s never been that seriously specific that I’ve seen, instead being more vague like the “clock is ticking” statements

Wow apparently almost everyone at the top level of BJJ is on gear. Any competitive sport that isn’t drug tested nowadays feels like a joke…It’s really about skill + who’s willing to take more drugs, and not just talking test either

Will be doing the tallest peak in AZ, Humphrey’s this weekend for Father’s Day

Will be my 4th time up. Will be the final hurrah for my dad who is 70, on a newly reconstructed ankle. The last climb, the final march (on that mountain at least)

12,600ft. An all day’er for most people, I could probably go base to summit in 3ish hours if alone
