It’s purpose is to lessen the damage covid does to your own body. In that regard it might just literally save someone’s life. The only way it might slightly prevent the spread is making someone symptomatic for less time but that shouldn’t matter as much if they were quarantining anyway

I personally believe truckers should get the vaxx if they are older than 50 and/or live a completely sedentary lifestyle. Sitting in a car seat 12 hours a day is already terrible on your cardiovascular/circulatory system. I’m assuming their age and lifestyle probably is why 90% chose to get it
