I know there's a lot of technical hurdles to actually make it work, but I still love the idea of tying each forum account to an ingame account. You need at least one character over, say level 30, to post on the major forums, and there's a special sub forum that's heavily moderated for brand new players to post in until they reach the upper levels.

Punishments to forum accounts extend to in game accounts.

It could even be taken a step further maybe with the SMS account verification system. Each P99 account must be tied to a phone number, and give each #, say, 3 accounts, and a limited number of password resets through the SMS system. That'd stop a lot of account selling and trading right there when the seller had to verify each PW change with an SMS from the original number.

The GMs here are complete and utter amateurs. They don't know what the fuck they're doing and it's evident every time masses of people go unpunished when the entire fucking server is aware of the offense.

But I understand where he is coming from. I find it strange that certain "questionable" player practices have not been dealt with, when most people are well aware of both the acts and the participants. I honestly don't know what is happening behind the scenes to not merit at least an investigation.
