Miscellaneous: Event bonuses not turned on for Great Divide

The past couple events for bonus exp, loot, faction have not worked in Great Divide. I know that some mobs specific to RW, like Narandi, may drop an extra head, but this post is only related to the "normal" mobs in GD.

The coldain/velium miners, wolfmasters, and expedition guards, all do not drop extra coldain heads. The expedition guards do not give any bonus exp from what I can tell from logging and comparing the current kills this event to a data set of ~800+ guard kills during non-event times.
