Lizarus is starting an Kunark Escrow Services Enterprise. My fees are 1% of the transaction (from the seller) with a minimum of 10P.

How it works? If you don't know what escrow or why is it needed here is the explanation:

How it works?
1) Seller places his sold item(s) in escrow and provides payment expiration date, and name of the buyer.
2) Buyer places his payment in escrow
3) Buyer receives his purchase upon payment.
4) Seller receives his payment (minus fees listed above).

** If payment is not received within expiration timeline, seller is tracked down and given his/her item back.

When to use this:
- Buyer: When you have to pay on one character, but need an item on another.
- Seller: When you are selling on one character, but need payment on another.
