Miscellaneous: Sort of bug related - how do I edit Wiki's left bar to update accuracy?

I can edit anything but that left block -- how do I edit this?

I fixed it. But don't try to edit in the page itself (the edit button at the top left of the screenshot).

Use the edit button at the very top of the page next to the History, Move and Watch tabs. Use the edit that is in line with those to allow full page editting
