Is it for low levels only? I have 200 in fishing.. (yes, I'm a master baiter)

Is there a minimum skill level for catching zone-specific fish or is it just RNG? I think my skill is up around 140 or so now. Spent a couple hours in various zones with no luck.
It is certainly a good thing that dropped items are temporary, as the shores of all bodies of water would be littered with tattered sandals and rusty daggers... | ||

Yeah you just got unlucky. 140 should be plenty. I was catching them at 75, spent 40p from my porting stash. Hehe
