The table on the wiki looks like this:

Level ----Max total haste permitted
30 --------------50%
50 ------------- 74%
54 ------------- 84%
59 ------------ 94%
60 ------------ 100%

Just to confirm this means levels 30-49 the haste cap is 50% etc? If so, I'll edit it to make it less confusing. While we're at it does anyone know the 1-29 cap?

The haste cap means up to the level listed. So, up to 30, the cap is 50%. Then, from 31-50 the cap is 74%.... Etcetera.
