ukraine won't be going anywhere, they'll "win" this conflict by retaking crimea, kherson, and zaporizhia but will concede the pro-russian territories within donetsk and luhansk.

1000 MBTs for poland huh? is that over 5 years or 20?

with that quantity, they intend to distribute them to other allies

its a good idea for the poles to do this, they are historically the battlefield for every northern europe conflict.

they're gonna shore up their eastern border and put the squeeze on the kaliningrad oblast

leopard and abrams are very similar, they were designed in parallel back in the 80s, then US and germany diverged to design an MBT that suited their particular needs. south korea's K2 MBT is a beastly machine as well.

abrams tanks get delivered to arab allies, to protect oil assets. the US is the one providing these assets, we aren't going to buy german tanks, or korean tanks when we could keep those dollars in our own economy by purchasing new abrams tanks to replace the ones we have "donated" when it comes to big military hardware assistance, you never give away your new stuff, you use it as an opportunity to funnel more money to your defense contractors.

other allied nations don't need to buy abrams tanks, when they have other options alot closer to home.

for sure it will be

just too bad that the ukrainians won't be able to field modern MBTs in the numbers require to make a real difference

it's like all NATO is doing is just enough to keep ukraine alive, but not enough to make them strong. 20 leopard tanks is helpful, but its also a joke. too little too late. nobody is gonna push the soviets out of crimea with 20 modern tanks.

there's gotta be some other business going on, like NATO still doesn't trust ukraine or something, because Putin can rattle his saber all he wants, he'll never ever use a nuclear weapon, because the last thing Putin is, is stupid.

all that fearmongering nuke talk is just for the benefit of the world stage and media clickbait.

if you're gonna use a nuke in a fight, that will be the end of you. you will then have to fight the entire planet at once.

Now Russia lost an active helicopter to artillary.

They lost a tank crew to drowning.

And a ship in a land war.

A lot of firsts with this war.

Like a Battlefield 4 highlight video.

Speaking of which, I hope there's a video of this.

I saw one the other day where a Russian soldier was pulling an injured comrade away and his arm popped off.

The greatest trick the WEF ever pulled was convincing the world that Ukraine was a shithole because of Holy Russia's limited military intervention.
